Molly is an experienced public company CEO and Board Director with a deep passion for sustainability and leading teams throughout the Food & Agriculture supply chain.

Molly currently serves as Acting CEO and Executive Chairperson of New AeroFarms, a Certified B Corporation and a leading vertical farming company. Since August 2023, Molly also serves as a Venture Partner (independent contractor) with Grosvenor Food & AgTech.

From May 2022 to February 2023, Molly served as President, CEO of Custom Made Meals, a leading manufacturer or fresh, value-added protein appetizers and entrees sold through club stores and retain grocery locations nationwide.

Previously, Molly served as CEO, President & Board Director of Landec Corporation (NASDAQ: LNDC), a company comprised of two independent operating businesses: Lifecore Biomedical, a CDMO for FDA-approved drugs and devices, and Curation Foods. Curation Foods offers value-added fresh vegetables, salads, guacamole, olive oil and wine vinegar products to retail, club and foodservice operators throughout North America.

Molly currently serves on the Board Directors and as Chair of the Sustainability and Governance Committee of Benson Hill and on the Boards of Directors at Wilbur-Ellis Company (WE), The Wine Group (TWG), Custom Made Meals (CMM) and NatureSweet.

Molly previously served as a Board Director for several SPACs (NASDAQ: ROCH, ROCC, ROCR, ROCG), providing required capital for companies to reach their full potential, for Windset Farms, one of the largest hydroponic vegetable growers in North America, and for Flower One Holdings (CSE: FONE), the largest cultivator and producer of cannabis in the state of Nevada.

Molly earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
