Linda is a seasoned executive with decades of experience in human resources, talent retention and people strategy development.

Linda Whitley-Taylor has served as a Strategic Advisor and assisted with the UnitedHealth Group integration of Change Healthcare Inc since October 2022. Linda joined Change Healthcare in 2023 and served as Executive Vice President – Chief People Officer from 2013 through October 2022. Prior to Change Healthcare, Linda was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Amerigroup Corporation, where she served since 2008. Prior to Amerigroup, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations for Genworth Financial/formally GE Financial Assurance where she held roles in Human Resources, Operations and Six Sigma. Prior to Genworth Financial, Linda spent 15 years with GE in a variety of roles and locations, including operations, quality, training and development, and human resources, including assignments in Bangkok, Thailand, and Tokyo, Japan. She has significant experience in talent development and people strategy initiatives and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Linda currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Compensation Committee of Benson Hill , Inc. Linda also serves on the board of directors of Upstream Rehabilitation Physical Therapy and on the Board of Trustees of Hampden-Sydney College. Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Radford University.
